VPI LABS IS A SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOCUSED ON BUILDING THE METRIKZ "INNOVATE TO EARN" ECOSYSTEM
VPI Labs "Verified Proof of Innovation" Protocol, validates real time data collected from Ventures on-boarded into the Metrikz ecosystem. Data is pulled directly from the source of origin in order to validate that the Venture has met the required earn metrics to earn MTR.
Ventures earning MTR receive liquidity in the form of USDC from Funds managed by VPI. To incentivize liquidity, Ventures earning MTR issue a tokenized stake in their project to the Fund issuing liquidity and to Staking Pools in order to attract retail investors who acquired MTR in the secondary markets.

METRIC BASED CURRENCY
No more large upfront payments. Fund managers negotiate the Earn Range (ex. $500k - $5M), Earn Period, Earn Milestones, Earn Metrics and the tokenized stake the Venture will issue to the Fund (ex. 5%-20%) and Staking Pools (ex 0.5% -2%) in order to earn MTR every 28 days.
KPI metrics are reported monthly to ensure Ventures meet designated targets. Metrikz aligns the interest of investors which is to ensure liquidity supports Ventures who perform and for Ventures who perform to be able to gain access to liquidity.
Stats: In 2021 there were $2.8B in rug pulls.
